Account and Registration



The organisers wish to announce that the offical DMC responsible for collection of all registration fees is Senator Meetings & Incentives s.r.o. seated in Prague. All requests related to bank transfer, card charges and invoices should be addressed to Gabriela Rosenkranzová, this time.

Submitting authors of abstracts will get the notification on acceptance by then. Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 28 February. Registrations are managed by:

Please use the online registration form. Please note that the online submission of abstracts and papers and notification of acceptance does not automatically mean the financial registration. If you wish to attend you should send the registration form and payment to Senator Meetings & Incentives exclusively. Early bird fees are available until 1 April 2024. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Confirmations, all receipts and invoices will be handled and sent to all delegates by Senator Meetings & Incentives s.r.o.

Students who wish to pay the reduced registration fee can apply by sending an e-mail to the gergely@diamond-congress.hu e-mail address. Please, attach your short professional CV and a recommendation from your professor. Please do not write grant request to any other e-mail address. The agency, collecting the registration fees, will not be able to assist you. It is necessary that your grant request is accepted by the Organising Committee first, so PLEASE APPLY TO THE GRANT BY E-MAIL AND WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION. The organisers, however, will inform the co-operating agency Senator Travel in due course who are the beneficiaries of the lower reduced registration rate. Those requestors who did not get a confirmation on grant acceptance should register at the normal rate.

The discount could only be given for the registration fee. The Organising Committee does not have the funds to help students with their travel and accommodation expenses.

Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 1 April 2024.

Confirmations, all receipts and invoices will be handled and sent to all delegates by Diamond Congress Ltd.

Please note that all presenting authors have to pay the registration fee LATEST till 15 May 2024. All non-presenting participants should also pay the conference fees latest by 15 May, as certainly no on-site payment is available. Payment after the meeting is not possible, so please make sure to arrange your payment in time. Please note that participants not meeting the payment deadline will not be granted to enter the conference.

  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Conference dinners
  • Excursion

Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Conference dinners
  • Excursion
  • Accompanying persons’ registration fee is not valid for admission to the scientific part of the Conference, and these fees do not include conference materials, only social events.

In-absentia covers:

  • Electronic version of Proceedings
  • NO participation

Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Workshop. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card. If your cancellation is approved by the local organisers, the financial part will be arranged by Senator Travel later according to our instructions. In case of cancellation, it is reccommended to copy your mail to Gabriela Rosenkranzová, too, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. You can pay by bank transfer and by major international credit cards. If you pay by bank transfer please make sure to quote your name and CCC2024 on the transfer document.  All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk. Payment confirmations and invoices are to be sent by Senator Travel after receipt of payment.

Hotel reservation should be made and paid separately from the registration fees.

Cancellation policy

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 200 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 1 May 2024

50% refund – in case of cancellation received before 31 May 2024

No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 1 June 2024
